The full CAT4-style practice test
Twice as long as the quick test: 6 questions of each of the eight CAT4 question types, in the same four sections as the real test. A proper rehearsal, with results and explanations sent to your inbox.
- All eight question types, from figure matrices to paper folding, set for your child's grade.
- Steadier area scores. Twice the questions per area gives a clearer picture of strengths.
- Stamina practice. 40 minutes of focus, closer to how the real day feels.
- Every question explained, and a free 7-day practice plan if you'd like one.
- New questions every time, so you can take it again in a few weeks and compare.

Questions about the full test
How is the full practice test different from the quick one?
The quick test has three questions of each CAT4 type in 20 minutes. The full test has six of each, 48 in all, in 40 minutes, so the area scores are steadier and your child has to concentrate for longer, which is closer to the real day.
Is the full practice test really free?
Yes. We only ask for an email address so we can send the results and explanations to you. No card, no payment, and you can take it as often as you like.
Is this as long as the real CAT4?
No. The real CAT4 is longer and is usually split into sessions at school. Our full test is a solid rehearsal of every question type under time pressure, not a copy of the real test.
Short on time? The quick 20-minute test needs no email at all.
